Duration and Repurchase Policy
If you purchase a vehicle inspection report, you do not need to repurchase it within 15 days as the report remains valid for that duration. However, should you choose to repurchase the report, note that payments are non-refundable after the initial purchase.

Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund guarantee on certain packages, subject to the following terms:

If you are unsatisfied with a report, you must contact us within the specified hours of your chosen package (e.g., 12–24 hours, 6–12 hours, or 60 minutes). After the specified time has passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
If the reports you receive do not match the contents of the package you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund within the allotted period.
Please note that once the report has been purchased, it is non-refundable, unless the criteria above are met.
Reports are generated using third-party sources, and we are affiliated with DMV and NMVTIS for vehicle record verification.
